How long does a jewelry evaluation take?
A few pieces take 15–20 minutes. A full estate collection can take an hour or more, and you are welcome to leave it with us and come back if that suits you better.
Do I need an appointment to sell jewelry?
Walk-ins are welcome. For a large estate lot or a high-value diamond, scheduling a free evaluation is worth it so the right buyer is available when you arrive.
What should I bring with me?
The jewelry and a valid government photo ID. Bring any certificates, appraisals or original boxes you have — they can raise the offer, but their absence does not disqualify anything.
Do I need a diamond certificate to sell?
No. We grade stones ourselves on-site. A GIA certificate can support a higher offer on a significant stone, but plenty of what we buy has never been certified.
Do you buy jewelry that is damaged or missing stones?
Yes. Broken clasps, bent bands and empty settings all still carry metal value, and damaged designer pieces often retain a premium.
Can I sell only part of what I bring in?
Yes. Offers are itemised specifically so you can take some and keep the rest. That is common with inherited collections.
